How SecureShip™ Works

SecureShip turns fragmented handoffs into one connected pipeline.

Every carrier, driver, document, and pickup is a separate interaction. Each break creates an opportunity for theft or substitution. SecureShip verifies the critical moments and preserves them in one connected flow.

Pickup is the riskiest point in a shipment.

FAQ

Questions about Iridia.

What exactly does Iridia verify?+

Iridia connects physical identity, documentation, and material authentication. In freight, SecureShip links the authorized driver, the correct bill of lading, the Molecular Secure Seal, and the resulting handoff events.

What is SecureShip?+

SecureShip is Iridia’s freight authentication product. Portal, Driver, and Shield are the role-specific interfaces used to manage and verify each handoff.

Does SecureShip replace the bill of lading?+

The original bill of lading remains the operative document. SecureShip manages it inside the pickup workflow and protects the printed page with an Iridia Molecular Secure Seal.

What happens when the assigned driver changes?+

The shipment is reassigned before pickup authorization, and the change remains visible in the shipment history.

What happens when verification fails?+

A failed verification moves the handoff into a clear exception state and requires resolution before release.

How is the seal checked at the destination?+

The receiving agent scans the seal and records the verification result against the same shipment record.

Does a copied code pass authentication?+

A copied visible code fails authentication because each seal also carries a unique physical pattern and molecular markers.
